I approached the manager, but he appeared irritated by my interruption and started speaking in a language I didn't comprehend. When I mentioned that I had been waiting a long time for service, he shouted "Jordan!!" very loudly in the restaurant. At that moment, my desire for a simple ice cream cone and coffee disappeared, and I chose to leave. It's clear that the service here has declined recently.

I had another wonderful experience! The food was fresh, the service was prompt, and the staff were very polite. It’s disappointing to witness some people unfairly criticize hardworking individuals and spread false stories.

Considering it was the harvest festival weekend and nine staff members were on duty, I expected the service to be much better. With the anticipated high volume of customers, having extra staff could have helped address the quality issues that many diners experienced. I observed that some orders were removed from the system and others were overlooked, which led to a frustrating visit. The restaurant was quite crowded, with average wait times of about 20 minutes for a table. Furthermore, the cleanliness of the tables and counters was not up to standard. I hope to see some improvements in the future.

I ordered a chicken sandwich combo, but what I received was a complete disappointment. Plus, my drink was missing. This was the worst service I have ever experienced.

I had an amazing experience at the drive-thru! The staff was extremely courteous, and I truly appreciated the fast service. As a frequent customer, I've observed a noticeable improvement in the service recently.
