Da Vinci's - Wingate

I ordered the wings at this restaurant 4 months ago and had a great experience. The service was quick and the delivery was on time. The food was delicious and the portion size was large.

The last time I ate here, something was off with the food and it took a long time to be served. The prices are too high for the quality of the food and there is no guarantee that you will have a pleasant dining experience. Overall, it was a disappointing and unpleasant experience.

The restaurant appeared to be too busy to get the order right. They mistakenly gave me a cheese chip wrap instead of the kebab wrap with cheese that I ordered. The woman on the phone tried to persuade me that I had ordered incorrectly, but I was certain of what I had requested. While the rest of the order was correct, this mistake ruined my meal. On the bright side, the customer service was nice. However, attempting to convince the customer that they were at fault was not a pleasant experience. I will not be ordering from this restaurant again.

Worst place ever. Woman on phone extremely rude. Don't go here if you want a good experience.
