Wineology - Windsor

Terrible Valentine's Day experience. if they asked me before I would tell them that weinology was my favorite restaurant. if they ask me now, we'll probably never come back. Once we set ourselves, we were told that it was a "set menu" that we were never told that we submitted our reservation. as soon as we proceed to the menu had zero prices yet the waiter cost us. (the price was not the question of service was the quality and experience we were using). all we have ordered was very small portions, and the waiter gave my engaged and I the wrong meal times for every cure. Together with the small portions, the couples sitting behind us brought in a carrier and the restaurant allowed them to leave there under the table. I also ordered steak and did not receive a steak knife together with me was never asked how I ate my steak/ it was cold. we were not even asked how our meal was refilled on our water. they told us the “heart form nutella pizza was interchangeable. it was the size of a cookie together with soggy and not completely cooked. we were very disappointed by our service. it will never go back again, which is regrettable, as I said, that was my favorite restaurant. the supervisory authority is aware that a complaint has been lodged.

It started nicely with live saxophone music that was eating pretty good, with real baked pizza was unfortunately the music so loud (I know I sound like an old lady) that it was difficult to hear people about the table as the evening went on, the conversation was difficult and sometimes impossible the wee club were very good appetisers were delicious, the server had unfortunately mixed our order, sorry to remove

Great service and amazing atmosphere at the Tecumseh location! The food was incredible. Can't say enough about how great that pizza was! Wil definitely return!

The steak I ordered was good but the vegetables were barely cooked and the portions small for the price. The waiter was not very friendly and forgot my wife's drink order. Wouldn't recommend and likely not returning. Not good value for the money.
