Toscana Restaurant and Wine Bar

I was pleasantly surprised to find this gem in my neighborhood. The restaurant was simply amazing, with a menu that can be best described as modern cosmopolitan.

Don't bother spending your money here! My boyfriend and I went to Windsor and chose this restaurant due to its high rating.

I had to arrive early in order to make it to a show on time.

Arrived without reservations, however lucky enough to catch a table, glad we did. For liver lovers, you have to try this dish. Never had liver and onions quite like this, it was unexplainable but amazing how they can cook such a delicious meal. We do not get to Windsor very often, however this restaurant will be on our agenda.

Food and service was good. We had never been prior so pleasnt surprise. Atmosphere is quite charming and qaint.
