Tim Hortons - Windsor

Tim Hortons offers pretty decent coffee and donuts for a fast-food chain. However, my main concern lies with the customer service. While the staff is friendly, they consistently get my order wrong. I've based this review on multiple visits, and after a whole summer of receiving incorrect orders, I finally decided to stop going to Tim Hortons altogether. My requests were quite simple—just a small tea with no additives. I don’t like to write negative reviews, but sometimes constructive feedback is necessary. The food and drinks are adequate for a quick stop, and it’s a convenient option for those on the go. On the bright side, the restaurant itself is clean and well-maintained. Unfortunately, I just couldn’t get a plain cup of tea!

I believe her name was Bailey. This young lady had a mouth on her like a sailor. Inappropriate language used with customers with children within ear shot. Management needs to speak with this young lady about her vocabulary. Unreal. Asked for 10 timbits assorted, get 9 plain and 1 sour cream glaze. Just tell us you only have plain available right now. Would of gotten donuts instead of timbits. Keeps getting worse and worse. Go to the other 2 Tim Hortons in town. Avoid this one.
