Monaco express - Windsor

I went to Monaco last night for my birthday dinner. My husband and I frequent this place for their delicious shawarma and the friendly owner and staff. We decided to try the family feast this time and were not disappointed. The portion size was very generous, including a large salad, hummus, and pitas (not shown in the picture). If you are looking to feed a group of 8 or more at a great price, I highly recommend checking out this restaurant.

I recently visited this restaurant and ordered a chicken shawarma fries and gyro pita, however I was not informed that lamb is typically used in these dishes. After realizing this, I called the restaurant and the staff member I spoke with was extremely professional. They kindly replaced my order with chicken at no additional cost. The staff at this restaurant were respectful and professional, which is a welcome change from the poor customer service I have experienced at other places in Windsor. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone living in the area.

Today I went in and ordered with my two daughters....We wanted three Mixed Lavash shwarmas, Small fattoush with chicken, Spinach Pies, and Grape Leaves,,,,,Got home to complain because we found out that there was no dressing on the fattoush.....The owner just called and apologized and offered to drive out to Lasalle with a salad and other things.....didn't want him to go out of the way and he said he would take care of us on next order.....Made a bad experience much better.....

Good place to go. Staff are friendly, and the food is good. I usually get the chicken shawarma bowl with rice, and a couple of meat pies. The menu is fairly extensive, with the usual offerings. And everything I tried so far was very good. They have plenty of parking, and for your convenience if you call ahead a pick up window (not a drive thru).

My son absolutely loves the shish tawook at this restaurant in Windsor! The customer service is amazing. Personally, I can't get enough of the chicken shawarma on thin bread, Lebanese style - it's my favorite.
