Mcdonald's - Windsor

They advertise a 24 hour drive thru, but block the lanes with garbage cans and recycling bins after midnight until the next morning. I’ve placed two mobile orders over the last couple weeks that I had to cancel because I couldn’t physically get in the drive thru. I figured that maybe the hours were wrong, but there was a full staff inside just sitting around. So is the drive thru closed after midnight even though it says 24 hours or is the staff just blocking it off to avoid have to take orders on their shift? Either way, bad business.

They say their drive thru is 24 hours and its such a lie I work nearby and go in the mornings to grab something to eat and a coffee I've gone at 4am 4:30am 5am 5:30am almost every day and every time there are garbage cans blocking the drive thru if your not gonna be open 24 hours then don't advertise that you are

Drive-through employee immediately demanded I went to the waiting spot for 1 chicken burger. They were not polite or courteous. I understand that there is a timer for waiting and company policies but manners go along way specially when I greet you with a smile.

It’s McDonald’s. You know what you’re getting and the staff it great and super quick.
