Mario's Trattoria - Windsor

My husband and I enjoyed a delicious dinner at Mario's. The chicken noodle soup was full of chicken and tasty vegetables. My husband had rainbow trout and I had the veal with lemon. Both were well prepared and presented. The blueberry cheesecake was one of the best desserts we have ever enjoyed. The wait staff was attentive and professional. We will return.

We stopped here to enjoy a nice Italian dinner but the only thing nice about this restaurant was the waitress. She was amazing, but the food was horrible. How can you screw up spaghetti and meatballs and a carbonara? The fact that this restaurant had nobody in it when we arrived for dinner should have been our cue to walk right back out the door. Very, very disappointing.

We had a gathering here to celebrate a birthday. It was a quaint little storefront restaurant, with good food and we weren't drowned out by loud music. We could actually have a conversation while waiting the short time for our entrees, which were well presented with a variety of choices from our group with no complaints, great wine list and variety of beers.

They don't serve pizza but you get a great experience and great wine selection. The staff is super friendly and the food is delicious. We went and were very impressed with friendly and knowledgeable staff and the experience was amazing when it comes to the environment.

We stopped on our way home from the Pinery. Had excellent meals, chicken parmesan, salads, potato soup and bread. Excellent service too. Definitely will stop again.
