Jerry & Jenny's Diner - Windsor

This morning, my two daughters, my husband, and I had breakfast at this restaurant. The food was served hot and absolutely delicious, and it was served quickly. I asked the server if the chef could cut my husband's pancakes and sausage, as he had a stroke and only had use of one hand. She took our order and the food came perfectly cut. However, things took a negative turn when she told me that they would not be able to cut our food for us next time when it is busy. I was shocked, as my husband heard her say it too. It was disappointing and embarrassing, as I have been requesting this accommodation at restaurants for 5 years and have never had this happen before. The staff here needs to be educated on serving men and women with disabilities. I hope that no one else has to experience the embarrassment that we did. Despite this incident, I still tipped her 10% for the breakfast, though it would have been 30% if the comment hadn't been made.

Service is outstanding, breakfast just as ordered and well-prepared. Updated recently and the atmosphere is very welcoming. My overwhelming first choice for breakfast in Windsor. Shout out to Britany—great job taking care of us.

You will really enjoy your breakfast here whether you are alone or with a group. It is a hustle bustle breakfast environment and you will definitely not be disappointed. Prompt service, big portions and great coffee.

Food is tasty, eggs a tad too greasy, stays heavy in stomach. Loud inside, restaurant needs remodeling badly, staff is excellent.

Super fast service, good quality breakfast for an extremely reasonable price. We come here quite often on a Sunday morning. Its super busy all the time.
