The service at this restaurant is excellent and casual. Be sure to try the seared halibut, which is cooked perfectly. The server was fantastic, and the owner even took the time to check in with us.

The food was delicious and the owner was fantastic! We arrived just before closing time so there were a few menu items that were unavailable.

My group thoroughly enjoyed our meals. I ordered the halibut fish and chips, which was incredibly delicious! The restaurant is cozy with a nice bar.

Stopped February 10 for lunch and found restaurant closed. Website says closed indefinitely. This was a first visit so have no info other than all recommendations were very positive. This was a Peerless ice cream store at least for the last 60 years. Hopefully they will reopen again with the same staff. I look forward to eating there

This is a small establishment with large down home warmth and great Nova Scotian selection. Our waitress Ashley C. was funny, efficient and knowledgeable. The cook, Shilo, with the Nova Scotia, twang, was fun, accommodating, amazing, and an imaginative chef. It was great when she came out of the kitchen and sat down to talk to us about Nova Scotia where my ancestors are from. She emphasized that she only serves the freshest ingredients. She obviously takes pride in her restaurant and culinary fare.
