The food service was great, the takeout situation was awful, had to take home my leftover Parmesan Alfredo Shrimp dish in a box with holes on sides not OK was a mushy mess by the time I got home

I had experience with their Niagara falls their food was very good but my experience tonight was awesome

I absolutely love coming to Walker Road. The staff is very friendly and the General Manager always goes beyond and beyond to welcome us at our table and ensures that we always have a great experience. For quality and a great time I recommend this location, you will not be disappointed. The BBQ chicken pizza is brilliant and the fish bowls are a must to finish our meal. Her French onion soup is a fantastic starter. Can't wait to go back, It's definitely a great place to collect. I enjoy it much more than the Kelseys. The atmosphere and the staff are much more pleasant and the service quality is much better. Good job Boston Pizza

I pulled a 4/5 inch hair out of my mouth while eating some Mac Cheese. It was somewhat curly, so don’t know the actual length. I understand hairs happen, so I wasn’t too bothered by it. I brought it to the attention of one of the servers when they came over who then told the management. I didn’t ask to speak to the manager, but she came to speak to us, offered to take it off the bill and prepare something else. I was under the impression that that portion of the meal (entree) was going to be comped due to the hair, the inconvenience of not being able to enjoy the meal with my family and having to take it home as we had to leave. True, I could have pushed the hair aside and kept eating, but just the thought of the hair possibly containing hair products (gel, hairspray, etc) and what got me the most was if the hair was oily and just the feeling of pulling it out like it was a reverse piece of spaghetti. While I feel like a “Karen” at the same time if you go to a restaurant and one table spends $100, you expect what you are ingesting to be clean and if it’s not, a “sorry about that” doesn’t seem like the most reasonable response. As my sister pointed out, it is odd that they didn’t comp the replacement meal, but the manger didn’t say she was going to (which is true). A misunderstanding on my part, so my bad. I wouldn’t of ordered anything else if I didn’t misunderstand. This was my first time here and due to this experience I am not likely to return. My sister who I went with goes here often because it’s my nieces favourite place. The staff were great and attentive all around from the moment we stepped in, so that’s why 2 star review.
