Boston Pizza - Windsor

We have eaten there before and have had a great meal and service. But last night June 10th, all 8 can say it was the worst meal we have ever had. First thing, I ordered their new Honey pickle chicken sandwich and it took over 35 minutes to come. My wife ordered a personal pizza which she8 has several times) and the crust was soggy. The pizza must have sat under heat lamps until my sandwich was made. Waitress gave us excuse that another server took my sandwich. Manager didn't charge us anything, which was fine by me. Not a good experience.

Nachos came out cold and not melted. After we told our waitress, she said why didn't you say something? I would have if she quality checked our table after a few bites. Lunch was good but forgot a lot of things when we asked. I took her advice and chased her around the restaurant when I needed something at that point. Nothing was done about the nachos on the bill and because it was March the kids meal was free which was a plus.

1st time in over 10 years at Boston Pizza. Was not disappointed. Pizza and Salad was Great. The server was everything she should be. Great attention given. ??

Always get the nachos, but tonight I have them and the bark was not bark, then the manager wants to tell me I have to pay for my nachos after I had asked them to remake them....obvily I will pay for them. after that the waitress did not come back to our table. terrible service kendra!

The food and customer service at this restaurant were fantastic. Our waitress, Laura, was excellent and very helpful with my 2-year-old son. They even sang happy birthday to him, and we were very pleased with our visit.
