The Blackboard Cafe - Windsor Locks

This is a wonderful local pub with extremely friendly staff and affordable prices. They offer a full bar and are capable of preparing any drink you can imagine. The service is outstanding.

Avoid this place. The crowd is quite troubling, and there have even been incidents of stabbings reported here. The food is disappointing as well. Check out the photos, including the police notice.

A consistent favorite whenever I'm in the Windsor Locks area. It's a fantastic spot with friendly staff, delicious food, and delightful drinks.

I was searching for a spot near Hartford Airport and came across Blackboard. The bartender was a gem—very friendly and always humming a tune. The burgers had an amazing grilled flavor, and the fries were incredibly crispy. It was a fantastic meal, and I can't wait to return.

Every time we've placed an order, the food has always been great. The highlight for our family is definitely the boom boom shrimp panini (we usually substitute the shrimp).
