Mcdonald's Restaurants

I had a negative experience at this restaurant. My meal was mistakenly given to another customer and I had to chase after it myself. There was no straw for my drink and the dip that typically accompanies the meal was missing. I was not satisfied and would not recommend this place.

Place smells of vomit Rubbish food Cold chips Thin dried out burnt black burgers and cold in the Big Mac see pictures Disgraceful service. They don’t want to know. Then tried calling them 50 times and phone always engaged. Dont waste your money here unless you want to get sick Never again. Then look at pics of my dialled calls. Constantly engaged for 2 hours! They don’t care POOR. Before 5pm you are ok. After 5pm, reheated food, tasteless, cold, running our of BBQ sauces like this evening. And over cooked plastic burgers, how these guys are in business still amazes me

I am appalled by the level of service we had here. Me and my girlfriend came for some pudding and the machines declined our cards when we had more than enough money. In addition we got moved away from the counter and left to sit and wait for nothing. After that we ordered our food again and it came 20 minuets later. The ice cream had melted and the cookie was pre wrapped. We waited that long for those 2 items. Never coming back again

Awful...staff prioritize the just eat/uber/ deliveroo/ getir orders before their customers stood right in front of them. Manager in a dirty slovenly shirt being miserable and grizzly to everyone around him. Witnessed a new trainee staff member being dumped on with little help..poor guy...what an awful atmosphere to work in..Good luck.

Don’t bother to visit this McDonald’s or get a delivery. Ordered over £20 worth of food and delivery guy turned up with a happy meal. When I looked in the back of his car he had multiple orders just sitting on the back seat. Not in an insulated bag, non have receipts with food orders on them. If you go in to store, staff seem to all have a problem if you approach them about a wrong order. Service is slow, 10-15 mins wait for food then it’s cold.
