K2 Indian Takeaway

During our stay at the Hurley campsite in our Motorhome, we decided to try out K2 Indian restaurant. We were very impressed with our choice as the food was absolutely delicious. The portions were generous, enough for two meals even though we only ordered for two people. The food arrived hot, although there was a slight issue with the delivery point that could easily be resolved by K2 with a call to the site. Overall, we had a great experience and wished we lived closer so we could make K2 Indian a regular dining option.

We have been loyal customers of K2 takeaways for years and have always enjoyed their food. However, during our recent visit, we were disappointed to find that the poppadoms were stale and one of our starters was missing. When we called to inform them, they initially showed no interest until we mentioned our past patronage. Eventually, the boss promised to send out the missing starter within 30 minutes. Unfortunately, two hours passed and we were still waiting. We are sorry to say that this experience was not up to par. As a result, we will no longer be ordering from K2 and will advise our family and friends to do the same.

We have ordered from this restaurant multiple times since moving to the area, and the experience has been mediocre at best. However, tonight the service was absolutely terrible. We were forced to cancel our order because the initial estimated wait time was one hour, with an additional 15 minutes added each time we called to check on the status. We are now waiting to see if they will refund our money.

Ordered on Uber eats delivery time was 35 mins then pushed back 20 mins in the app. Called the establishment 20 mins later for an eta as it has been 75 minutes since the order only for the restaurant to say driver left agers ago and I should understand they are busy! A further 45 mins later and still nothing arrived. Order cancelled. Avoid. Let's hope Uber gives me my money back!

Fantastic meal tonight from K2. Generous portions, nicely spiced. Would definitely recommend. Easy online ordering service.
