Fifield Inn - Windsor and Maidenhead

My family and I visited The Fifield Inn about six months ago while visiting relatives. We had a wonderful meal last time, so we decided to return after being impressed by their online menus. While we're not big food enthusiasts, we appreciate well-cooked simple meals. I ordered the fish and chips, and my husband had the burger. Both dishes were presented beautifully and tasted delicious. The server, a young lady, was very friendly. Overall, it was another enjoyable lunch at The Fifield Inn.

What can I say, another cracking Sunday lunch at The Fifield Inn !! Service was attentive and friendly as always. However, the Sunday roast was the star of the show. We couldn't fault it, it was 10/10. Generous slices of beautifully cooked meat, crispy roast potatoes, great cauliflower cheese and a medley of seasonal vegetables. The turkey gravy was incredible. They should sell that gravy as a side line, I'd buy tubs of it !!!!!

Twelve of us dined for the festive menu. Superb food all round matched with great service. The roast dinners were exceptional, up with the very best we've had. Other diners sat opposite and adjacent to us, also made very similar comments. Can't wait to come back !!!

Food was lovely. The servers were great. The locals in the building were so loud, screaming and shouting etc that we struggled to hold a conversation. Young children were also permitted quite late. I might try again but certainly not on a weekend evening.

We randomly chose this pub and were pleasantly surprised. We enjoyed sitting outside comfortably and received excellent and friendly service.
