Caffe Nero - Windsor and Maidenhead

Staff are quite rude and not friendly at all. One staff was cleaning a toilet 15 mins before closing time. I asked how long the cleaning will take and she answered “I don’t know”. So I waited for 10 mins in front of the toilet. Another customer came up and asked her again about the toilet and the staff said “the toilet is closed. You can’t use it.” The staff definitely saw customers queuing for the toilet but didn’t say anything. I always liked Cafe NERO in other towns. But I wouldn’t recommend this one.

We have been here a few times. The coffee is good for a large chain but the premises are dark and dingy and really need a refurbishment. I would recommend the Nero at the station which is much more comfortable.

Visited windsor with family and decided to stop by to have cafe and milkshakes. Five people tried to manage with our orders and it seemed impossible for them. Nobody knew what they were doing and most were rude. The ice caffees were fine but milkshakes were a joke. Avoid at all costs and bring your money somewhere else. Special thanks to the nice trainee guy who at least tried his best.

The staff is extremely rude and they are so unwelcoming . Their attitude becomes even worse after 5.30 pm . It has been really bad since April 2021. It is beyond belief. I haven’t been there so long I have forgotten how bad they can be. I went there today with a friend’s suggestion and once again remembered why I was avoiding them.
