Windsor Pizza

Disgusting. We don 't order from here much at all. Maybe once before and now I know why. The cheese on the pizza was like rubber. We ordered a fried dough with Marinara and cheese (asked for sauce and cheese on the side as to not make the dough soggy since it was being delivered). They put the fried dough in a tin container with a tight plastic lid. They put the sauce and mozzarella cheese on a fried dough. It didn 't specify mozzarella cheese so we assumed they would serve it with parmesan, like every other establishment. In 50 years, I 've never had it served without parmesan. I ended up with a wet and soggy piece of dough that looked like a childs pizza. If I wanted a pizza, I would have ordered one. Took no responsibility when we called. Don 't order from here. Born and raised in Windsor. Have eaten practically everywhere in town. Will never order from this place again. Would give no stars if I could. No one enjoyed their dinner. There 's a reason why people go to Wilson Pizza instead. Threw the food away and ate a donut for dinner. Can 't get that disgusting taste out of my mouth. Shameful.

The receptionist with a raspy voice at this restaurant is incredibly unprofessional. She is disrespectful and rude, and does not give a good impression for the business. She lacks patience, understanding, and common courtesy. Being overly arrogant does not suit her personality.

Love this place! I have been ordering here for the past three years since I work nearby. Pizza, salads, are always on point, love the wings sauce too!

Person that takes the orders is extremely rude. Raspy voiced woman named “Layla” I always order from Windsor pizza as i am a local. However, today i was hung up on 3x. Called back 6x to place my order. 4th time she asked if i can’t hold. I proceeded to explain i was hung up on, hence why I’m calling back then she says she wasn’t taking my order and hung up on me. 5th time i asked for a manager she said you can come in speak to them then hung up again. 6th time the manager answered the phone said basically she was right i was wrong? Then it took me 5x to even get him to tell me her name. HORRIBLE. This place will never get my money again. 0 stars highly NOT recommended. Good job Layla, hope you get a raise for losing a customer.Also calls are recorded, so for them to say i wasn’t hung up on? Pls go listen to the calls here how you’re employee can’t put a call on hold how she addresses them. Poor customer service.

Please do not eat here. The pizza is rubbery meaning there using to much flour. Absolutely horrible. I called to inform them($50 order)about this and no compensation whatsoever . I was told that’s how there dough is. Didn’t even offer to replace the pizza.
