Panera Bread Company - Windsor

I love Panera, but this place gives me the wrong soup, forgets the bread bowl, or forgets the pastry I order almost every time I come. The reception has a list of articles on it, maybe try to look at it. I worked for a while at the food service and people don't seem to care anymore.

There are in the open table, not as many sockets as I want, but enough to keep customers who need a happy one. nice staff, very attentive.

Take out is the biggest scam I feel as restaurants have zero accountability when eating out of their facility. Absolute poor quality, the type made our food in 2 minutes, must have given our food frozen. Never again.

They put almost all regular white rice on baja bowl instead of quinoa and just one piece avocado. not what I have in other panera.

Employees are good but that new signature take chicken sandwich is disgusting. Edit: Originally 1 star but customer service reached out and was helpful. The staff here are great and Panera continues to be a great place to grab a good meal.
