Chili's Grill - Windsor

We mainly go for a late night drink which is always good. Would rate 4.6 they don't always have someone to sit you even if the restaurant is slow with no sign asking you to please wait. 8/27/22 The Philly cheese steak was excellent they had much betterservice also

Only because I can't give 10 stars. Super awesome staff. Waitress was tops. Manager walked the floor interacting with customers in the most attentive way. My experience was superb.

I was a bit disappointed with the menu, as some of my old favorites were no longer available. However, the service was outstanding. Our waiter was fantastic and very personable. The food and mixed drinks were prepared exactly as we requested. I will definitely return, especially for meeting up with friends. There's never a rush, even when we want to linger and chat after finishing our meal.

The staff was fantastic! They all collaborated seamlessly. The manager checked in on all our tables and made sure we were well taken care of. He treats the staff wonderfully. The food and service are exceptional. Definitely visit for an amazing meal and don’t miss out on the large chocolate chip cookie—it’s divine!

The food was great, but the service was very slow. I would have ordered more drinks, but we hardly saw our waiter. We also would have left sooner if we had known we could pay on the iPad, as the waiter didn't inform us about that option either.
