Marco's Pizza - Windermere

Customer service is always a problem at this place. Employees always make you wait while they hide in the kitchen.

I used to like this Marcos, but the service has really gone done down hill. I hope the owner sees this message and hopefully makes some changes. The last 2 times we ordered from Marcos, the pizza has been subpar. The picture below is from the last order. The quality is just terrible. Please fix!!

Food was great (as always). Rhonda was very helpful and provided great service.

I took an uber here! I placed a doordash order to be picked up it was ready 6 minutes early! I especially liked their outdoor seating area!

We always order from Marco’s and have for At least three years now, but today was an unacceptable and unprofessional encounter with my kids and I! I ordered online and sent in two of my kids to get the order. They walked in and said “we ordered online for (name)” the male “manager” I’m assuming.. asked them to repeat it. As they did. Then proceeded to ask them what pizza was on the order. This manager proceeded to ring in the order as if it were new. And told them the order would be $60. As my children left to come to the car to let me know.. the male said to his other employee “ those 2 middle schoolers just tried to order $60 worth of pizza and gave me a $20.. crazy right?” As they both continue yes to laugh out loud! I then entered the business to clear up the situation myself and the male took about 30 seconds to even acknowledge I was there. The other female employee in the back was biting her nails and eating Burger King while making other peoples pizzas and boxing them up! All in all this is very unprofessional and disgusting. This Marcos has truly lost its way!
