Bidrage med feedbackMy order is always correct, the service is great and the employees are super at this place. is no matter when I show up, they are always ready to do everything I order, in contrast to the situation in my house. fortunately, I work on this wonderful situation, so it's never gone from mine, but even if it were, I would still drive it.
I waited 20 minutes for my order to be taken. My payment was taken within seconds though. I waited another 20 minutes to be given someone elses order. I was then given my drinks and fries while I waited for my sandwiches to be made... The drinks were flat, the fries were overcooked and got cold. Mind you, I was the only car in the drive thru for half that time. Makes you wonder what the employees are actually doing in the kitchen... Maybe they 're on Tiktok complaining about their job while simultaneously making us customers suffer for their career choice and lack of drive.To the owner of the location... your store gives Burger King a bad rep. The phrase there 's no such thing as bad publicity does not apply here. I can guarantee you that if you turn these experiences around for people in the greatest of way your location will generate more revenue. More than you ever have before. Be better and you will do better!
Went through the driver thru and not only did they mess up the order, but gave us a order for someone who ordered through the app.. Then we go back to get it corrected and still the order is completely wrong. Apparently people there do not know how to read a receipt and get the order correctly. I will never go there again.
After a 12hr shift, I did not want to come home to cook. I picked up my son headed to Burger King on Walzem. When I pulled up to order the voice said I'll will be with you shortly. I said thank you. Yes Ma'am she replied. Most places just have you waiting without anyone knowing you waiting. Voice was back and asked if we were ready to order. I said yes order my order. One of my Burger I said no Mayo. She said yes ma'am. Continued with my order and asked us to pull up 2nd window. When car in front left we proceeded to window. Where we were greeted by none the less Ms. Esther. She read the order back to me like a professional. Exactly how i ordered it. She charged me handed me the drinks, then my order. I told her she has excellent customer service. Super confident happily working. Thank you Ms. Esther you made our Sunday Funday Great.
I was treated horrible at this Burger King today. I went through the drive thru and ordered onion rings and a rodeo burger. After I left the drive thru I realized I had the wrong order. I went inside and the first young man approached me and was going to fix the mistake , however, another young man came over and said you have the wrong order and handed me another bag. The bag was crumbled and the food inside was cold and the bottom of the bag was wet. I went back and said I just want my money back, he said we dont give money back, I asked for a manager and he kept saying we dont give money back. I said the food is cold and I dont want it, one young man said what do you mean its cold and I handed him a cold onion ring, he said I dont want to touch that! They never offered to replace the order, but just kept saying loudly we dont give money back. They said you trippin over a bag, I told them the bag appeared to have been in the trash and he kept saying We dont give money back and he told me the manager wasnt there. Anyway, I left without the foid or the money. They watched me out the frint dopor leave upset and they were laughing. I usually come to this burger king for breakfast and the lady is in the morning is always friendly but I will not come back here again!
