We explained that we had a reservation, but he claimed he couldn’t find it and said it was the second time that evening this had happened. I showed him our reservation on OpenTable, but after searching for a bit, he informed us we were at the wrong restaurant and asked us to leave. I double-checked and even asked some locals, and it turned out we were at the correct address, the right restaurant, and the correct date and time. His rudeness was shocking, and because of COVID, we couldn’t find another place to eat. It was incredibly disappointing.
They didn't have my reservation, as it wasn't made through OpenTable, which threw off my birthday evening. They mentioned that they don't use OpenTable for bookings, but the manager didn't mention this when I called.

I double-checked and consulted with some locals, and it was definitely the correct address, the right restaurant, and for the correct date and time. His rudeness was astonishing, and given the COVID situation, we couldn’t go to another restaurant. It was very disappointing.
