Double D On The The Rocks Sports And Grill

I typically spend about $1,500 a year dining out, and I prefer to support local businesses that value their staff. However, the poor treatment I've experienced has led me to rethink my loyalty. It's time for me to look for a new restaurant. I genuinely hope the owner of Double D's evaluates their business operations and finds a way to ensure menus reach customers within 2-3 minutes instead of the 20 minutes it usually takes. I had a fantastic experience at the restaurant. The waitstaff was incredible, and everything else was top-notch as well. Food: 5/5, Service: 5/5, Atmosphere: 5/5.

We go to Double Ds every year when crabbing at least a couple times, it’s always fun. This year (Sept 2023) the fish and chips (not fries) were so spectacularly delicious I couldn’t even believe it, I’m still dreaming about the chips. The service was great but painful to see as there were 2 servers working the entire bar and restaurant. I can’t wait to go next year, I hope they have the same cook and more staff.
