Bidrage med feedbackCarol's Service was very disappointing. The staff treated us poorly, displaying anger and a negative attitude towards customers.
The service here was slow, and my online order was not ready until over 15 minutes after the scheduled pick-up time, despite having placed it almost an hour in advance. I understand that things can get busy, which is why I ordered ahead, right? The quality of the food was decent, but this particular location doesn't compare well to others in the area.
I visited the restaurant yesterday, and there was only one employee, Eric, working. He asked me if I had placed an online order, to which I replied no. He informed me that it would take a few minutes to help me because he was preparing an online order. I told him to take his time, so I patiently waited for about 10 minutes. Then, another customer walked in, and Eric immediately took his order and made his sandwich. I noticed that he wouldn't even acknowledge me, despite my efforts to get his attention. I felt incredibly disheartened, as it was clear he didn't want to serve me. Regardless of his reasons, I have no intention of returning to this establishment. I didn't create a scene or say anything, and after another 5 minutes of trying to get his attention, I simply left.
Unfortunately one of the employees there isn't the best, won't listen to instructions and puts has a heavy hand with condiments no matter what you tell him. Otherwise its a good spot.
I been going to this place for years and always been happy for the customer service until today!! This guy called Caleb is the worst employee in the Subway history!! No smile, cursing, sloooooooooooow, getting mad when I was telling him what I want in mysandwish and when I ask him something he looked at me like he don't want to answer!! If this guy don't know how to deal withcustomer he gotta find another job.
