Rafael's Italian - Winchester

This place is a joke. They got our orders wrong and tried blaming us. We ordered 2 chicken Greek salads. Got all the way home and no chicken so drove all the way back only to be told they would be uncharging us for the chicken when they are the ones that got the order wrong. We paid for the chicken Greek salad but wasn't given a receipt to show. They wanted to argue over it too!

Got home after ordering dinner from Rafaels 11.00 for half an order , ridiculous! Not a very happy camper right now

There was a group of 6 of us, who all ordered something different. Everyone's food was delicious and the portions very generous!

I ordered a pineapple and ham pizza. The person taking my order misheard me and thought I said pepperoni instead of pineapple. I received a pepperoni and ham pizza and expressed my concern about getting the pizza that I had ordered. I was told by a woman working there that I would need to order and pay for a new pizza if I wanted what I originally ordered. On top of this, the worker was rude and condescending. I did end up swallowing my pride and sadly swallowing some of the pizza I ended up receiving. It was greasy and the crust was underdone.
