Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Winchester

I have too many children working for them or people who do not know what they do to take one command. eat good, but it seems to be a little worse on her order each time.

The dining experience at this restaurant is always well-organized, with incredibly fast service.

Came through and ordered 5 pieces spicy chicken pliers plated. my order had 1 piece of fresh chicken, and 4 pieces that looked like it was sitting for hours. a piece was a really beautiful golden color the others where hard, brown and old. when I called the load, no one answered after several call on the phone. Not sure why people think it's okay to serve old food, knowing if it was a meal for themselves, they would want everything fresh. the quality has gone so much. (winchester ky location)

The restaurant is usually reliable, but my most recent visit has dissuaded me from returning. I was instructed to wait at the speaker, where I waited for over 5 minutes to place my order. After that, I had to wait an additional 8 minutes (which actually turned into 15) for my food to be ready. When I finally received my meal, it was overcooked and inedible.

The biscuits will be remembered for years to come today they were some of the best I've had, the red beans and rice and chicken was also great.
