Their coffee is great, the environment is laid back, and they are always cranking out solid jams. The folks that run the place are also super nice guys (definitely the protagonists in the coffee roasting epic).

The value for the price at this restaurant is exceptional. I always order the mochas, and they use organic chocolate milk instead of syrup, which creates a much smoother flavor compared to what you’d find at Starbucks. The prices are comparable, so you’re not really paying much more for a significantly better quality drink. They also serve locally roasted coffee. On top of that, the atmosphere is relaxed and cozy. Hopscotch has certainly become my go-to coffee spot.
