Pho-lisha's Food Truck - WIMBERLEY

Pholisha was such a great lunch place during our weekend in Wimberly. We ordered the Phoritto and the green curry. I liked the Phoritto, but BLOWN AWAY was at the curry. It was like someone poisoned my taste buds! Seriously good food, and the lady who took our order was just so real and friendly. RECOMMENDATIONS.

Our very popular place to eat in Wimberley ATX! (Order early because they sell daily) We love their daily specialties; Today was shrimp tempoura and bounty egg rolls, plus veggie spring rolls and yellow curry over rice. Delicious! And!!! So kind.

I love her food so much and the people who run it are AMAZING. Seriously, hands down, best Asian and Cajun trucks in Wimberley. One can say that they have so much love and pride in what they sell; it is really a difference you can taste! I haven't had a thing I don't enjoy yet, but I recommend the Shrimp Grits on Wednesday and the Thai Green Curry and one of them really. Seriously, look at her if you don't already have it. They won't be disappointed.

The food was delicious! I tried the pork rolls and phorrito (not entirely sure about the spelling). The Gouda cheese dip was fantastic. Our server was very friendly and had a laid-back, Austin vibe. This was my daughter’s and my first time there, and we both really enjoyed it.
