Food was good but they were out of the salmon and decaf coffee my wife wanted.
Kind of a cool place. But, inside, the acoustics are not good for normal conversations when the place is full. The food was marginal. Taste was OK but, eggs over easy were more like over medium/hard on all that ordered. No fountain Dr. Pepper so no refills. Had to order and pay per can. value overall for breakfast. The service saved the rating here. Our waiter was spectacular. Likely drive a little more over to Wimberley Cafe next time.
Such excellent, thoughtful, fresh food. Off beaten path. Great for families, too.
The waitress made a mistake on bringing out correct drinks but quickly noticed and corrected the issue. Food was quickly served and tasted very good. Would visit again based on food quality. My only complaint was disco music being played in the morning :
