Cactus Coffee Shop - WIMBERLEY

The coffee and lox toast at this restaurant are excellent. It is definitely worth a visit when you are in Wimberly.

If you are into coffee at all I would NOT recommend this place at all. Looks cute on yelp, but when we arrived it looked as though it has never been cleaned since they opened. The espresso area and the cold area where they store The whip cream etc...looked disgusting. We wish we would have just walked out, but we bought a drink to give it a chance which we regret. Go down the street to cypress creek house coffee it's 10/10!

Love visiting coffee shops while on vacation. My fiancé and I were exploring Downtown Wimberley and went to visit this coffee shop. They were in the process of remodeling/ renovations but they were still serving coffee to go. I got the iced s'mores coffee drink. It was marvelous and not overly sweet. This would've been a 5 star review if we were able to sit down and have our coffee.

I have to say, this coffee shop is wickedly unique and utterly delicious. The owner, who I found out, run this place as one woman show! The coffee is strong and hot. The bubble waffles are fun, tasty and wickedly delightful. I personally love the oatmeal bowl, very filling and delicious. By all means, take a moment to stop by, get a coffee and some grub before hitting downtown wimberly. There’s also some nice shaded parking.

Where to even start! It seems like this place is run by kids. People were walking in and walking right back out. I should have done the same. The food and coffee were terrible. Quality of service was awful. The place needs some deep cleaning and a whole new revamp. I would never come back or even recommend the place to anyone. Unless it seriously fixes things.
