The White Hart - Wiltshire

The staff at the restaurant was extremely friendly and welcoming, they didn't mind that we arrived early for our reservation. We were given enough time to look over the menus before ordering. I appreciated the large selection of gluten-free options. However, there seemed to be a slight issue with water in the pub, as the restaurant had a slightly strong odor.

I have visited this pub a few times and while I have previously enjoyed the meals, the roast I had on Sunday was disappointing. The pork was dry and there wasn't much of it, the potatoes were not crispy. However, the meal did come with a large Yorkshire pudding and the gravy and vegetables were delicious. I requested some chicken for my dog as this pub is dog-friendly. The waitress brought out a generous portion of chicken along with a bowl for him to eat from and a bowl of water. He was thrilled. I would still return to this pub, but perhaps not for the roast dinner. Overall, it was a good visit. Thank you.

I had a nice weekend in this familiar and warm place: the white hard stands at a corner in front of castle combes wood, and it is exactly what I wanted to spend a few days out of london. my room was clean and well designed. Finally I ate the best fish and chips in uk, absolutely fresh and delicious. I also ate their delicious sausage and mae and I can say the white hard kitchen is excellent as the service.

What a beautiful pub, in a beautiful location. the walk from the parking lot leads them over a river where the trees are illuminated with feenlight. the menu seemed somewhat smaller than the last visit, but there was still much to choose. I had the rib that was perfectly cooked, my wife had a huge burger she loved. we had dessert the sharing that ruined the diet, but was wonderful. the personal was attentive and efficient as always. a very pleasant and relaxed evening.

We stayed at the weekend in a hotel in the opposite and I wanted to book a nice country pub for my partner lunch. I found the white hard online and I am so glad that I did when we were really impressed by eating and service. the frying was delicious, my partner is veggie and he loved the camembert mushroom veggie option. the pub is beautiful and well presented, the personal was friendly and welcoming. I will definitely recommend family friends.
