Barbie and Dan are simply the best! I absolutely love their food. It’s original and outstanding, and it has truly delighted my taste buds. Their dishes are one of a kind, infused with so much heart and soul.

Some of the best ribs I've had in Portland, and I've tried a lot of BBQ. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. Definitely worth a visit if you're a fan of hearty barbecue!

After our experience at Slicks BBQ in Wilsonville, I think I should to access my Yelp account. They were hands down amazing. First of all, they were welcoming and allowed our toddlers to run free and have a blast while the adults hung out. Upon ordering, they asked us what brought us there. We had let them know we were celebrating Carly 's birthday even though she 's not physically with us anymore. They were so sweet! They rang the bell (a restaurant tradition) because we were first timers and then rang it again and said this is for Carly! OMG! If that wasn 't enough, they brought us two cornbread strawberry shortcakes (one with a candle for our girl) totally on the house! The staff were amazing and especially kind to us, the food was amazing and the service was fast and friendly. They truly were awesome and I think everyone should check it out if they want a good hometown experience. My only complaint was my own fault. I ordered brisket (which was good) but after trying Chaz 's ribs, the ribs were freakin ' bomb! Next time, I 'm getting the ribs.
