Was having lunch in Carousel Noodle Forum yesterday.. amazed by the laksa and bbq pork noodle in soup.. one of the staff passionately explains about the menu to us, and we drink up a whole bowl of soup with knowing there is no msg added in there! Noodles is chewy and full of texture! Perfect for the wind and rain weather! Thank you!

I was really excited to eat here, but, unfortunately, the crispy fish noodle dish was a huge let down. The fish was okay it seemed fairly fresh, but not overly crispy, and was crumbed instead of battered. The noodles were clumped together and not particularly tasty, as though they were undercooked. The sauce was thin and disappointing, smelling and tasting a bit beachy. It was also incredibly greasy the oil completely coated my mouth, and pooled in the bottom of the bowl. Came here and i was thinking the restaurant is surely better than the food court in carousel. But we were disappointed by the size of the noodles.. The Wontons were so bland and barely had any flavour. Satay chicken noodle was okay but i wish the portion is bigger. Gado gado was not authentic, lacking depth and richness in flavour.

Shopping in Westfield Carousel today. Never expect to see a noodle forum outlet in the food court. The lady at the counter was really friendly. Ordered laksa, chrispy chicken and fried wanton. I would prefer the noodle to be served in real bowl instead of paper bowl. I think it really spoil the presentation. Other than that the noodle taste awesome. Will definitely come back again.

Very satisfy on my noodles dishes, Best Fish Fillet Noodles I had ever and the crispy dumpling super tasty, definitely will come back and order again. Filling and worthy. Great service!! Highly recommend to my friends..
