Uncle Louie's Pizza Lounge - Wilmington

It wasn't full, but it took 20 minutes until our server came to the table. We ordered simple sandwiches with frits that took 30 minutes to get out of the kitchen. We had to find the waitress to get a drink refill. It should not have taken over an hour for a quick lunch. Better management could help.

This place is great eat the 5 or 6 times a months ...pro-tech services tinted the place in 2019 ...so I do business with them this place has great food ...

Bam bam shrimp are usually my favorite appetizer to get. Would not recommend getting it from a pizzeria. I couldn?t give these away at work as they have more batter than shrimp. Honestly thought they were garlic knots. Only thing I would recommend would be the pizza. However, every take out order I have gotten said it would be 20 minutes. Three orders in the past month I have found myself waiting 20 more minutes once arriving. Not reliable if you are on a times lunch break.

This restaurant must have new owners because the FOOD SUCKS??? will not be back. The The bruschetta only had tomatoes and shave parmesan that's it????? the shrimp were overly bread it??

We usually try to resolve any issues when our orders are incorrect, but there's always something off with our orders. We often end up waiting longer than promised, and the orders are still wrong. The delivery drivers don't follow the instructions provided in the app. For instance, when I order fries, they always arrive with dipping sauce that leaks because the lid melts and pops open. I request my burger to be cooked well, but when I ask for medium, it ends up overcooked on the outside and rarely cooked properly on the inside. There aren’t many good dining options in this part of the city, so Louie has become my go-to place for NY-style pizza. However, I’m disappointed each time I place an order.
