Taco Bell - Wilmington

The woman who went through was so fucking pleasant. she asked how our day was, was not annoyed when we asked to add drinks in the window to be happy there. also the food was great?

Fast food what can you say? I love a burrito once in awhile band a frozen drink and taco bell has both and they are tasty ?

Went to his location today after an appointment at Zimmer a cancer Center. I was craving a Taco bell burrito and my husband wanted tacos. I did the order ahead option because I had enough loyalty points for a freep item. We get there and THE LOBBY IS CLOSED at11:45 am!!!! Several other customers came behind us wanting to dine in. I called and was VERY RUDELY told he didn't have enough staff to open the lobby. They lost a lot of customers and business today. The location at masonboro Harris teeter operate with3 employees and they are always kind and polite and a lot busier than this location!!! Never again will I frequent this location!! Corporate needs to know how this particular store is treating customers!! It is almost as cheap to go to a Mexican restaurant as it is to go to Taco Bell. Customers are the reason they have jobs!! I too used to work in the food industry and would never treat customers this way! How hard is it to open the lobby! Quit using COVID-19 as an excuse!

Staff is not friendly at all, food is sub par. But that's pretty much par for course with ff restaurants nowadays
