Taco Bell - Wilmington

Today I visited the restaurant and both the soda machine and the ice cream machine were broken. I asked if they could just serve the meal without the drink, but they refused to reduce the price. It didn't make sense to me to still be charged for a drink that I didn't receive.

The hungry customers looking for a quick snack were disappointed to find that their nachos were cold. They also ordered a cup of rice, but it was nowhere to be seen. The flavor was good, but the portion of rice was so small that it wouldn't even fill a small child.

I ordered jalapenos in my nachos for the second time and paid for them, but when I received my order, there were no jalapenos included. The restaurant needs to ensure that they fulfill customer requests accurately.

Be careful when you come here and pay for your food with a credit card. I noticed on my credit card bill, I was charged double. Always pay your food with cash at any fast food.
