Starbucks - Wilmington

I had a wonderful experience with the customer service from one of the supervisors! I don't usually visit Starbucks, so I wasn't quite sure what to order. Taylor, who I believe was a supervisor based on how she interacted with the staff and answered questions, was incredibly patient and even offered some great suggestions. I'm really grateful for her patience—it made my visit much more enjoyable!

This is the loudest restaurant I've ever been to. The staff constantly shouted and showed little regard for customers looking to enjoy a quiet afternoon, whether they were reading a book or working. The music was also quite loud (apparently chosen by the staff), and it seemed like the employees spent more time socializing with each other than attending to the guests.

A truly disappointing experience. For some reason, this particular duck restaurant is the only one that doesn't allow payment through the app, and this time my card was not working. Google Pay also failed to go through. Instead of looking into the issue and helping me sort it out so I could get my order, the staff member simply decided to cancel my drink. I waited for about 10 minutes, hoping they would resolve the problem, only to find out that she had chosen to cancel my order altogether.

Traveled to delaware from montana and collected the state cups. 3/4 dieucks were closed in wilmington, so this was my only chance to get the state cup. they had a left cup in the load, but it was used as a stuffing holder. I asked the manager/maintainer kindly if I could buy this beaker as it is my only option to get delaware. without hesitation she said no, it is not for sale. I asked if there was a chance that she could put the stuff in another hold and she said no and went away. it's a thing if I could buy the mug online, but since that's not an option that I really tried. I am very frustrated and disappointed by their involuntary help.

The staff was nice and the layout felt open and inviting. My drink tasted great as well, thats all I can ask for
