Max Erma's - Wilmington

The food was abundant, reasonable and tasty. The only drawback was that they were from a number of items that the waitress come back to our table a number of times to inform us. The waitress was friendly, came back several times to see if we needed refills and efficient.

My date and I stopped by for dinner and were promptly greeted and seated. The waitress was friendly and attentive, checking in on us multiple times throughout our meal. We both ordered the balsamic chicken with goat cheese potatoes and asparagus. The food arrived hot and looked appealing, and while it tasted great, I did find the chicken to be a bit dry. However, the restrooms and the restaurant were very clean. Overall, I would definitely eat here again.

I had the Alfredo penne with shrimp, while my colleague ordered the fish and chips. Both dishes were served in generous portions, and the flavors were absolutely delightful. For dessert, we enjoyed cookies that tasted as if they had just come out of the oven—they melted in our mouths! Our server was fantastic as well. I would definitely recommend this place.

It's been years since we dined at Max Ermas, and we had a fantastic experience this time. As soon as we entered, a server noticed that the hostess was on the phone, so she came over to assist us...

Our friends really enjoy this restaurant! It's one of the few still operating in the area. The tortilla soup is always a must-try! I was quite happy with the chili lime salmon—it was a delicious meal!
