Kyoto Asian Grille - Wilmington

Ordered some takeout online. Got the tempura box and Adrian?s chicken. The taste of the dishes was okay with the exception of the tempura dipping sauce; way too sweet. Also, the wrong salad dressing was given in the order. Lastly, the food affected our digestive system, resulting in trips to the throne.

This was my first visit here. The sign is damaged, so it was challenging at night to find. It took a while to decide on an entree. The staff was very accommodating. There is a variety of food to choose from: sushi, hibachi, Bento box, noodles, rice dishes, etc. I ordered Adrian?s Chicken. It was very good; prices are reasonable. Don?t be fooled by the appearance of the exterior. Once you?re inside, none of that matters.

I have to admit, my guilty pleasure is General Tsos Chicken. And I've been underwhelmed by my usual places lately. Someone recommended Kyoto on Facebook, so I thought I would check it. So happy! The telephone service and counter service was friendly and fast, the restaurant itself (I have run) had a nice quiet atmosphere, and wow. The food when I got home was fabulous. Many vegetables and sauce. White chicken. And the spring roll tasted like more. New favourite place!!

Great place, great and very friendly atmosphere. My wife has Celiac and we eat there all the time when we lived 8n Wilmington. She was never glutend once.

First visit to this authentic Asian restaurant. Pictured are the TomYum soup, Red Curry and Pad See Ew. All three were absolutely delicious and the portions are generous. I will be returning.
