Consistently the freshest, most flavorful, and expertly fried chicken in north Wilmington. It comes very close to capturing the essence of authentic New Orleans fried chicken.

I recommend double-checking your order before leaving the restaurant. First, I received the wrong order. Fortunately, I noticed it while in the car and was able to go back to get it fixed. Secondly, the jambalaya was not good and could potentially cause food poisoning. Lastly, the chicken was overly salty. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience.

The chicken tenders were overcooked and not crispy at all. The fries were cold and had a rubbery texture, while the mac and cheese was too runny. Overall, everything lacked flavor. The only redeeming quality was that the meal came with a soda.

I give it a rating of two for a couple of reasons: first, the woman behind the counter was quite rude; second, my corn dog was partially frozen in the middle and the stick was broken off, so I didn’t realize there was a stick until I bit into it. On a positive note, the shrimp pizza was excellent. However, when ordering online, there’s no way to see the ingredients on the pizza, so I took a chance and discovered it had a nice combination: cheese, a light sauce, onions, green peppers, and a good amount of shrimp.

I ordered the Cajun tenders, which were pre-prepared and sitting in the counter. Unfortunately, when I got home, the smell was terrible. I ended up throwing them away because they looked stale and spoiled. Additionally, I noticed that the staff member preparing the food wasn't wearing gloves. He touched his ear and then continued handling the food with the same hand!
