I had a co-worker pick me up two orders of cake and OMG my mouth is still watering the best cake slices I had in a while, very moist and yummy!!

During my work trip, I stopped by Evelyn's restaurant and had a great experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and the meatloaf sandwich with gravy on white bread brought back memories of my grandma's cooking from the 70's - it was truly amazing. I also tried their lemon cake and strawberry cake, both of which were moist, delicious, and in high demand. I will probably be getting another piece before I head back home.

I ordered a platter of fish, grits, and eggs with home fries from DoorDash. Everything was seasoned to perfection. The grits were not seasoned, as I expected since everyone prepares them differently. My order arrived hot, and they really know how to do breakfast right at a great price.
