Chick-fil-a - Wilmington

I've visited several Chick-fil-A locations recently, and while the food is consistently great and the service is quick, I've noticed an issue that needs addressing. At this particular Chick-fil-A in Porters Neck, there are often multiple employees behind the counter, yet the dining area remains neglected. Tables need to be wiped down, booths are dirty, and the trash situation is not being adequately handled—it’s merely being pushed down instead of taken out. Instead of attending to these tasks, the staff seems more focused on chatting amongst themselves while a manager sits in the dining area. I truly love Chick-fil-A, but I hope they can improve their dining room service.

The service is consistently good, and my orders are always accurate. The staff is friendly, which is a plus. It's a favorite hangout for teenagers, but for us adults, it doesn't quite hit the mark. I prefer a sit-down meal given the price. A family of four can expect to spend nearly $50 here.

I visited the drive-thru and was impressed by the quick service at checkout. The food was excellent; I particularly enjoyed the milkshakes and the grilled chicken nuggets. The grilled chicken sandwich was also really tasty. I absolutely love their waffle fries!

Just walked in and out with 47 kids on a field trip in 30 minutes. The efficiency is truly first class. All smiles, and a thank you on the way out. Amazing.
