The atmosphere felt uncomfortable, as the server and manager seemed to just stand around and eavesdrop on our conversations. Our server was quite unresponsive and gave off a cold, arrogant vibe. Things escalated when he raised his voice at me, a nine-month-pregnant woman, while I was calmly expressing our concerns, saying that I was just “making things difficult.” There’s a clear reason why the dining area was nearly empty during dinner hours. The prices are excessively high, and the service was not welcoming. We have dined here multiple times in the past, but I can confidently say we won’t be returning. To address your response: there were two separate families dining together. If we had sat at different tables, your staff would have had to do more work, and the coupons would have been accepted, as you mentioned. So why are we punished for choosing to sit at the same table? This was not our first experience with Groupons at your restaurant — we faced no issues before, and today’s treatment felt particularly hostile. If Groupons are causing you to lose money, it’s better not to offer them at all. Now, we’re out an additional $15 on top of our full-priced meal. We've enjoyed dining here without using Groupons before, and being charged an 18% gratuity for a party of four is not typical at all.

The food was ok. The staff were very friendly. The restaurant, including the restrooms were clean. They need to work on the the tip they added to our bill. It was quite high for a party of 4.
