Not the first time they don’t do the order and have to wait more time.

So great full to have Domino's in Aledo Tx. Everyone is nice and courtesy. Store very clean. Orders was made correctly and delivered promptly.

I was late to pickup my online order due to personal issues and even though they had just disposed of it, they remade it which made a bad day much better

Just wanted to say Becky did a fantastic job!! As soon as we came in she greeted us with a smile and suggested some items in the menu asked us how our day was and ended it with a smile . It’s just nice knowing someone genuinely cares about the customers. Great job Becky great job!!!! :

I have ordered from this location several times and have never had an issue until this evening. Ordered was delivered and upon opening, it was the incorrect order although the receipt showed the correct order. Called, explained, took a few minutes for the individual to put a thought together about remaking it and redelivering it. Estimated it would take 30/45 min. to remake and redeliver. An hour passes and I call again, only to be told we are super busy and when I asked if it was out for delivery the response I received was we just put it in. This is completely unacceptable. Make it a priority to correct the order and have it redelivered as priority. Mistakes occur but making it right and how you handle it will affect your customer retention.
