Sonic Drive-in - Willow Grove

My girlfriend and I decided we were going to treat ourselves for a late night meal at Sonic. She ordered her stuff and treated me to a Cheeseburger with ONLY ketchup and a side of French fries. When we pulled up to the window and collected our food, I took a quick glance at our stuff and we pulled into a parking spot to enjoy.When I pulled out the cheeseburger, it had every condiment imaginable on it. Some lettuce, tomatoes, onions, and enough mayo to treat the whole population of a third world country.When we went back through the drive thru to mention that the burger was wrong. Some overweight Filipino kid scoffed and said, “Well, we’re closing down the kitchen.” To which we replied by asking for our money back. After the worker scoffed and fumbled through the cash register like he fumbles through his mom’s cookie jar, he aggressively dumped the refunded cash at my girlfriend, and proceeded to slam the drive thru window shut.In response, I proceeded to drop the burger outside of the drive thru window in case anyone wants it. The fries were pretty good though.If you’re going to risk it and grab a bite to eat here, make sure you thoroughly check your order to make sure the workers were able to follow elementary-levels of instructions.

It's a bit of a run down facade, but man, the food is always so good. I would gladly sit at a rickety table for just one more tot. The chili dogs are what I shoot to get every time I travel near a location. Skip all those fancy dinners and treat your tummy with some Sonic.

For goodness’ sake people, it’s Sonic. It’s fast food. You don’t expect a Michelin Star meal at Sonic. If it’s hot, fresh, and tastes good then you’re in good shape. I’ve seen some reviews mention bad food, cold food, etc. and thankfully that has not been my experience. I’ve been to or ordered from this location a few times now and have been happy every time. They also have surprisingly good burgers! So yeah, if you go in with reasonable expectations, you’ll likely enjoy the food.

The service was quick and prompt however my hotdog tasted raw, like right out of the package. And it wasn't warm all the way through.Also, the cheese used on my cheesy tots was thin. So much so it looked plastic and was tastelessMy boyfriend's chicken sandwich look like it belonged in a kids meal: VERY SMALL. It should be charged for half the price if that's what you are serving!!Very disappointed ?

Went to drive thru and asked about thechicken wraps from the commercial since there were no signs about them. Guy on other end said they had it but they took it off the menu (even though it 's on TV currently) I asked what kind they had and what was in them. He kept yelling do you want Baja or Bbq ? I kept asking what 's in them and he kept yelling the same thing, so we left. Called for the manager right after (supposedly the manager) and he took the side of the nasty employee and hung up on me.
