Saladworks - Willow Grove

The best salate I was also I think if they did not work in this shopping center, they will never realize how rude and ignorant customers who come here are. each mall has its niche, although unfortunately this is ignorance. it is now also under new management, so that the dinge naturally change, but I have eaten here for about 1.5 years and had 0 problems other than someone who messed up my salat order in which things happen and I moved with the life further instead of ruining my day. I get that not everyone will be understandable, but to illuminate someone in commentary bc they forget a fricken pickel or huh was 't crispy enough is small and I hope that people realize how amazing this place is anywhere else. the only question I have is that they do not pay their employees enough to do with the kind of people who come into this shopping center

I just want to say, I love salate, but I think this place needs help. eating is never fresh and always has a problem. Today I got my food with/no nudges and I asked for half heats pasta and eisberg. the salat was soft wet and brown the matchstix carrots. soft slim, wet and almost sticky as the crispy bbq huh was in small balls as it was the end of the bag and also wet and soggy, and not where close crispy when I called the conversation with the manager, told me the young man who answered the phone to hold on me, hanged on me and the phone from the hooked half hour worked so that it was I was polite and just wanted to talk to a manager about food quality. I really believe that they need to be inspected independently for sanitation and food security. I loved this place, but I want to know what I eat?m safe and not cut corners for cost-sake

Last time I was there about 3 mos ago I was NOT pleased with the dude who made the salad. Do you people no longer have a container with chopped up hard boiled eggs??? Cause the guy stood there and sliced up an egg and I got mostly egg whites. What?s up with that?? He wasn?t pleasant either. Neither were the rest of them. Hire better people!!!!

Workers do not make what you order, and when you ask it to order, they are rude. I?ve never experienced this at any other location. The food in the case looks old and not rotated for freshness (they are supposed to flip the containers to rotate the food and it doesn?t look like that?s being done). I used to manage saladworks locations, so I know how one should be managed, and this isn?t it.
