Emiliano's Pizza - Willow Grove

The food is always amazing at this restaurant. Their wings are the best and the pizza is really good. However, the young staff members who work at the front could use some improvement. The service often seems chaotic and unprofessional, with a few minor issues that add up to an overall subpar experience. Once you start eating, though, these issues are quickly forgotten. In all seriousness, the young staff members at the front could benefit from some guidance and assistance from an adult.

Have said of this place for my employees for years, was today the worst service I have and the dame, the answer who claims it was the order was a lügner, I command two cheese steak she said she comes with pommes, I command additional two pommes, I have her on louder phone she repeated my ordering I will never order from there again and will let everyone know, not only that chicken cheese steak was salt

I just ordered lunch from here today for me and my coworker.On the order and receipt that was given to me I ordered a grilled chicken ceasar wrap w fries and a roast beef on wheat toast w mustard and onions which comes w chips. When they delivered they only brought my chicken ceasar wrap. When I called to get the 2nd half that was missing the lady on the phone starts to get argumentative stating that the roast beef doesn't come w chips but their menu clearly states that. She wasn't acknowledging that they missed mu roast beef until I told her that it was on my receipt. I asked to speak to a manager who confirmed that it didn't in fact come with chips. They just delivered my second half of the order and they had tomatoes and lettuce. When it clearly states no tomatoes and lettuce. Never again.. the lady was very argumentative and didn't apologize when she realized she was wrong.

By far one of my favorite places to order take out from. Their food is always fresh and amazingly prepared. Customer service is always kind and friendly. Delivery is on point and the drivers are always very nice. Definitely recommend getting food from here. I love the Hawaiian pizza well done and some chicken tenders with honey mustard ?

The customer service here is horrendous. Bad attitude lack of professionalism and disrespectful !! This was our go to place for pizza, wings etc. we’ve ordered takeout from here every Friday for years!! I am highly disappointed in the service we received. My husband ordered a Greek salad and a grilled chicken salad from my mother via phone For pick up. He specifically told them no onions! I overheard him say it at least five times no onions on anything my mother is severely allergic to onions.. what do they do? Go and put onions on everything!!! and when we called back refused to reimburse us refused to give us credit refused to even apologize! When my husband asked to speak to the manager, the girl Maria, said she was the manager and the owner!! Like really you’re answering the phone as the owner… We will never ever order from there again! Long time customers gone over a 15.00 meal!!
