Firehouse Subs Willoughby Commons

Well I purchased 2 Italian lrg. Subs extra toasted , once I opened them at home it was like someone poured out a entire bottle of Italian dressing on it. Plus I was not ever aware of honey ham being used as a meat on it. Personally I don't think that I amgoing to be returning my business.

The food is always good. My only concern is the worker didn't wash his hands before preparing the food. He went from the register and put his gloves on. He touched the gloves with contaminated hands plus food dropped on the floor and he picked it upand never changed his gloves. It's little actions like this that can make people sick. I just prayed over my food because Ididn't want any issues. I'm really considering going to another location.

The guys were really friendly, but forgot to pack my hot sauce packets and dessert that I got with my rewards

I ordered via uber eats and the food was SO GOOD! I got a turkey sandwich fully loaded with veggies, a cup of potato soup and a bag of chips. Side pickle as well. The soup was nice and hot when it arrived, so flavorful but not heavy at all! The sandwichwas packed with veggies and the bread was super soft. I got wheat bread. The turkey was almost shredded which I liked too. Thequality of the food was amazing, taste was off the charts and the price wasn?t too bad at all! I will be coming here again!

Added banana peppers on my sandwich AND on the side, didn?t put any on there? charged me extra? more than a quarter of the sandwich was bread and also the wheat bread was very stale) and to top it off I found a hair in my dumpling soup.Disgusting. This was my first and last time at firehouse, Jersey mikes and penn station are SO much better. SMH and it was $40for 2 sandwiches and 2 soups. Ridiculous.
