Dairy Queen - Willmar

I placed an order for a cheeseburger and ice cream. Ice cream was fine but my cheese burger was old, and heated in the microwave. I took the first bite and could tell my pickles and ketchup and mustard was burning hot and a soggy bun with a darkold patty. It was re wrapped so it looked recent. All I wanted was a fresh burger and decent service. With prices being so darnhigh you think people would get you, your moneys worth and be considerate.

Hours are wrong, drove there at 8:59 only to have the drive thru lights turned off on me. Drove to the other one on the other side of town and that one was closed too. Update your hours so people don't waste gas and time.

My kid and I got the all day $7 chicken strip basket and a sunday. Its good!!!

The crew needs to be more knowledgeable on products offered and naming the pictures on the board. They tell us it's one thing and so we order it then they tell us that's not the name of it...as if we did something wrong. Always very lax and I'm notimpressed with the attitudes of those employed at this location. Definitely not as clean as it could be.

Worst experience at a drive-thru at a DQ I've had. The employee was unprofessional and I had to correct the order multiple times. I was expecting to have to immediately go inside to fix my order, but surprisingly it was correct. It was just painful toget it placed and having to repeat multiple times and correct multiple times is not what you want to deal with through adrive-thru. The eventual food was average DQ food so no issues there.
