Domino's Pizza - Willingboro

It’s disappointing because my kids love the pizza, and the salads are really good. I've been a loyal customer for years, and it seems like there's always some issue. I spoke with the manager, who insisted that my card was charged correctly and that the driver just expected a tip. I honestly don’t see how that’s acceptable. If the service had been on time, I might have tipped him myself. I contacted the company about this situation, and they offered me a free pizza, but it still bothers me that drivers are apparently allowed to charge tips without consent. I won’t be ordering from them again unless I can pay in cash.

The customer service is great; however, the pizza is a bit on the dry side. I will definitely ask for extra sauce next time.
